About
Astromazal (astromazal.com) is an independent website, in French and English, launched in 2026. It computes your birth sky according to Jewish tradition: your exact Hebrew date of birth, sunset included, your mazal — the sign of your Hebrew month —, your rising sign, the position of the Moon and the planets, your planetary hour and the day of your birth.
The name is one word: Astro, the sky, and mazal (מזל), Hebrew for a sign, a constellation — and, in everyday speech, good fortune, as in “mazal tov”. Astromazal is the sky read the way Jewish tradition reads it.
The zodiac of Jewish tradition — the twelve mazalot — ties each Hebrew month to a sign: Nissan to Aries, Tishri to Libra, Adar to Pisces… Astromazal draws on the classical sources (the Talmud, the Sefer Yetzirah, the medieval commentators) and always recalls the rule that governs them: “Ein mazal leYisrael” (Shabbat 156a) — free will and good deeds prevail over the stars. A sky describes a slope, never a destiny.
Computing your sky is free, with no sign-up, and happens in your browser. The full report (€9.90), the two-person compatibility reading (€14.90) and the year scroll (€2.90) are paid digital content, processed by Stripe. See the terms of sale.
