This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy or dispute, the French version of these terms prevails.
These terms govern the sale of the digital content offered on astromazal.com: the unlocking of the individual "full report" and of the two-person "compatibility analysis". Publisher of the service: see the legal notice.
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.): card details are entered exclusively on Stripe's payment interface and never pass through the site. A payment receipt is sent to the customer by e-mail.
Individual full report: $9.90. Two-person compatibility analysis: $14.90. Pack combining both: $19.90 — it grants one unlock of each product, each for one determined person (or duo), usable at different times. Prices on the French version of the site are shown in euros (9,90 € / 14,90 € including VAT). At checkout, the amount may be displayed and charged in your local currency. Any applicable tax depends on the customer's country and is collected at payment. The publisher may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
“My year” (the reading of the Hebrew year): $2.90. It covers one determined Hebrew year and one determined person: each new year is a separate purchase, at the same price. It is sold for the current year; from the month of Elul — the last month of the Hebrew year — the following year is the one opened for sale.
Second compatibility analysis: $9.90. This reduced price is reserved for a customer who already holds a compatibility code (or a pack code): it is offered after the first purchase and requires entering the existing code. It grants one new determined duo, under the same conditions as the $14.90 product.
These same products may be bought as a gift for someone else, at the same prices. See article 4 bis.
Unlocking grants permanent access, on the device used, to the locked chapters of the report corresponding to one specific person (one birth date, time and place) — or, for the compatibility analysis, to one specific duo (two birth dates). Calculating another profile requires a new unlock. An unlock code is provided, allowing you to recover access on another device or after clearing your browsing data.
The content is delivered immediately after payment confirmation: the chapters unlock on screen and the unlock code is displayed on the confirmation page, with a copy button. It is the customer's responsibility to keep it. If lost, the code can be recovered upon simple request to the contact address, together with the Stripe payment receipt.
What is delivered: for the Hebrew year purchased, a reading of each of its months — twelve, or thirteen in leap years — crossed with the customer's mazal; the ranking of those months into months of strength, carrying months and months of trial; the exact civil dates of each month; the shape of the year and the day it opens; the date of the customer's Hebrew birthday within that year, its weekday and its reading.
Validity: the code unlocks the year purchased, for the birth date entered, without time limit. It does not give access to later years.
Nature of the content: the reading describes what tradition attributes to each Hebrew month and crosses it with the customer's mazal. It is neither a prediction nor personalised advice of any kind — see article 9.
The products may be bought for someone else. In that case the content is not delivered to the buyer: payment generates a transferable unlock code, shown to the buyer immediately together with a gift card to download and send to the recipient by any means of their choosing. The buyer also receives the code by e-mail.
A gift code is attached to nobody at the time of purchase: it binds permanently to the first person (or first duo) it is used for. It does not expire. The publisher knows neither the identity nor the address of the recipient: passing the code on is entirely the buyer's responsibility, and the publisher cannot be held liable for a code the buyer has lost — though it can be re-sent on request accompanied by the Stripe receipt.
Withdrawal when buying as a gift: at payment the buyer consents to immediate delivery of the code and waives the right of withdrawal under the conditions of article 5. As long as the code has been used by nobody, the publisher will nonetheless accept, as a commercial gesture and on request sent within fourteen days to the contact address, to cancel the order and refund the buyer, the code then being deactivated. This possibility ends as soon as the recipient has opened the content.
In accordance with article L221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately, without a physical medium, once the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate performance and has expressly waived the right of withdrawal. This consent and waiver are collected at the time of payment (checkbox). Absent express consent, the content is only supplied after the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period.
The reports belong to Jewish tradition and culture, reported for study and entertainment. They describe general temperaments and constitute neither prediction nor medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. No particular result is guaranteed as to the accuracy of a portrait with respect to the customer's actual personality.

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may make free use of a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute with the publisher. The appointed mediator is: Société Médiation Professionnelle, rue Marc Sangnier, 33130 Bègles, France — www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr — saisine@mediateur-consommation-smp.fr. The mediator may only be seized after the customer has first attempted to resolve the dispute directly with the publisher through a written complaint. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
